Cookie Policy
This Policy describes the access to information on the User Devices through the use of Cookies.
I.Definitions
1. Data Controller: shall mean Itacapital S.r.L., subject to direction and coordination of KRUK S.A., Fiscal Code. 09270240964, in the person of its legal representative, with registered office in Piazza della Trivulziana, 4/A 20126 Milan.
The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be contacted at the following email address: dpo@it.kruk.eu.
2.Cookies/Cookie File: shall mean IT data, in particular small text files saved and stored on the Devices used by the User to access the Service web pages. Generally, Cookies contain the name of the web site which they come from, the period of retention on the End User Device, and a unique number;
3.Proprietary Cookies: shall mean the Cookies entered in the Service by the Data Controller;
4.External or Third-Party Cookies:shall mean the Cookies entered in the Service by the Controller’s partners, through the use of the Service web page;
5.Site or Service:shall mean a web page or application used by the Data Controller to provide the Internet service, which runs on it.kruk.eu domains.
6.Device:shall mean an electronic device used by the User to access the Service;
7.User:shall mean a subject who uses the Service.
II. Cookie Files
1.The Cookies used by the Data Controller are safe for the User Device. In particular, viruses, undesirable software or malware are not able to access the User Device exploiting Cookies. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and customize the Service based on every single User.
2.The Site uses the following types of cookies and for the following purposes:
- Technical, navigation or session cookies - strictly necessary for the Site functioning or to allow the User to use the contents and service requested by the same..
- Functionality cookies, used to activate specific Site functionalities and a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, fonts), in order to improve the service provided.
The consent of the User is not required for the use of these types of cookies.
In detail, the cookies used are the following:
- PHPSESSID -> technical cookie, it is automatically deleted at the end of each session;
- SERVERID -> technical cookie, it is automatically deleted at the end of each session;
- _csrf -> technical cookie, used to avoid a vulnerability, it is automatically deleted at the end of each session;
- - gstatic, used to download open source fonts like Open Sans which belongs to Google. This technical cookie does not record any data but only information that the font has been downloaded. For more information https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq.
3.The User can limit or prevent Cookies access to their Device. Even exercising this option, it is still possible to use the Service, except functions requiring the use of technical cookies which are essential for the Service.
Cookies can be disabled through the browser settings. If technical and/or functionality cookies are disabled, the Site might be not accessible or some services or certain functions of the Site might be not available or might not work correctly, and the User might be obliged to change or enter manually some information or preferences any time they visit the Site.

For simplicity, we report the instructions available in the most common browsers regarding the cookie management. Should the following instructions get out-of-date or should some browsers be missing, you must follow the instructions available in the browsers regarding the cookie management.
Internet Explorer:
- Select “Tools” on your browser bar
- Select “Internet Options”
- Select the item “Privacy”, then click “Advanced”
- Select “Replace cookie automatic management”
- Disable “Cookies of the displayed web sites” by selecting the item “Block”
- Disable “Third-Party Cookies” by selecting the item “Block”
- Disable “Session Cookies” by deselecting the item “Always allow session cookies”

- Select “Advanced”
- Under the section “Privacy and Security”, click “Content Settings” and then “Cookies”
- Disable all cookies by selecting “Allow sites to save and read cookie data” and “Block third-party cookies and site data”
III. User’s Rights
Pursuant to the European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and the national laws, the User can, according to the modalities and within the limits set forth by the applicable laws, exercise the following rights:
- request the confirmation of the existence of personal data regarding themselves (access right);
- know its source;
- receive intelligible communication thereof;
- get information about the processing logics, modalities and purposes;
- request its update, rectification integration, erasure, anonymization, the block of the data processed in violation of the law, including data no more necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which it has been collected;
- receive the data provided by the Controller, in structured and machine-readable form and in a format commonly used by an electronic device;
- lodge a claim with the Supervisory Authority;
- as well, more generally, exercise all rights recognized to them by the applicable law provisions.
